• Do you guarantee your T-shirts?

We use only first class shirts from famous top named T-shirt makers. We take great care to ensure that all work meets the highest standards and guarantee our customer's satisfaction.

We carry two different types of shirts - custom and printed. For printed shirts, we do all we can to accept returns for unworn and unwashed items. For custom shirts, we do not accept returns and cancellations once we begin production (which typically occurs immediately after placing your order) because the shirts are uniquely designed and made.

• What is your minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order amount for custom and printed shirts. For custom and printed shirts, you can order from 1 to 1000+ and we will utilize our professional screen printing production process.

• Are all the T-shirts in stock?

Our inventory manager automatically tracks and updates item quantities. If we are sold out of a specific design, size, or color the website will not allow our customers to add the item to their cart.

 

• Do you charge sales tax?

We are located in Honolulu, Hawaii. By law we are required to collect 4% tax on all orders shipped within Hawaii. Orders shipped outside of Hawaii are not subject to this tax.

• How should I wash my shirts ?

We recommend that our shirts be turned inside out and washed in cold water, on a gentle cycle, with mild detergent. Wet shirts should be immediately removed after the spin cycle is complete.

We suggest you tumble dry your t-shirt on a low setting. Be sure to avoid excessive drying, as this may deteriorate the ink quality over time.

Do not attempt to dry clean, bleach, or iron over the shirt designs as they can be damaged.
