Although we prefer payments using PayPal, we accept personal checks written on a U.S. bank, certified checks, payable to Aeroblue Designs. (No C.O.D. orders.) We reserve the right to wait until a personal check clears before shipping the item.
- Taxes and Handling Charges
There are no additional handling or other hidden charges. Hawaii residents will be charged a 4 % tax on all orders.
- Sold Out Items
If an item is sold out and not in stock, we will contact you and let you know when we expect your item to be reordered and shipped to you. If you don't want to wait, you may order a different item or obtain an immediate refund.
- Return Policy
You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Only items that have not been used, worn or washed may be returned. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges.
